In addition to our market-rate multi-family housing experience, we have two decades of experience working on a regular and continued basis with over a dozen housing authorities in the region, including Seattle Housing Authority, Vancouver Housing Authority, Tacoma Housing Authority, the Housing Authority of Snohomish County, and Pierce County Housing Authority. We have completed multiple projects, including space planning studies, building assessments, renovation and repairs, and new construction projects. Through these projects, we feel that we are supporting the important work of providing modern, energy-efficient, safe, and attractive housing for residents of Western Washington.
