Vancouver Housing Authority Plum Meadows

INNOVA worked with the Vancouver Housing Authority on the interior and exterior renovations of the Plum Meadows Apartments in Vancouver, WA. The apartment complex consists of 17 buildings with 162 units and serves family, elderly, and disabled housing needs for the City of Vancouver. The goal of this renovation was to provide an additional 40-50 years of useful life for the building. The project included site amenities to improve accessibility, feasibility for conversion of studios to one-bedroom units, exterior building envelope replacement, energy upgrades, exterior window and door replacement, common area upgrades including accessibility compliance, interior residential unit upgrades, energy upgrades including LED lighting, mechanical, plumbing systems, and resident relocation analysis.
