SeaPORT Building 1

SeaPORT Building 1 is the second of two buildings completed in the SeaPORT Logistics Center. This 136-acre campus has been an endeavor of20 years in master planning and consists of 8 warehouse buildings totaling 2.7million SF. The efforts of the campus master plan include annexation, rezoning and a developer’s agreement with the City of Sumner. Building 1 is a 140,000 SF single loaded tilt-up on 10 acres affording 36’ clear height, 30 dock doors and4 at-grade doors. This building was completed in Q4 of 2019.
