The Johansen Excavating facility was designed as a corporate office as well as allowing for the flexibility of accommodating future tenants for lease. This tilt-up building is a 20,000 SF facility with a 5,000 SF mezzanine situated on 3.3 acres. The building was situated along the street frontage with the rear of the site being screened of its logistic and storage yard uses.  An 8,800 SF two story corporate office was constructed within the building allowing the remaining 15,000 SF of building footprint to be future tenant lease area.
