Undi Commerce Park

INNOVA began master planning the Undi Commerce Park in 2013as a multi-building 35 acre logistics campus. There were many challenges with the site related to Corps of Engineers permits due to onsite streams and evaluating the sites opportunities to utilize regional storm ponds. Throughout this evaluation, collaboration with consultants and City staff the best solutions for the site were found to be onsite storm detention by means of underground vaults and seeking the least impact to the adjacent streams and ditches. The site has recently increased by 13 acres now totaling 48 acres with over 800,000 SF of warehousing in 11 buildings ranging from 50,000 SF to100,000 SF. Permits have been progressively updated with the scale of the project and with fill and grade and JARPA permits.  INNOVA provided architecture, civil and structural engineering for this project. | Client: Smokey Point Investments
