Eastmont Aquatic Center Renovation

The Eastmont Aquatic Center was built in 1973 and most of the building systems were at the end of their useful life. The Pool is owned by the Eastmont Metropolitan Parks District and operated by the local YMCA. It isa heavily used pool, since it is the only full-sized indoor, year-round pool operating in the Wenatchee area. Retaining this resource for the community is vitally important.

Our team performed a full facility condition assessment and made recommendations for upgrades, based on the highest priorities and strategized to fit within the parks district budget. Subsequently, our team provided full design services for upgrades and additions to the facility.
