CC Edwards Tehaleh

INNOVA staff has worked with CC Edwards Construction on prior projects over the last 15 years, including design and permitting for another facility of theirs in Pierce County. This current project is in the final stages of permitting and is now underway in construction. The build to suit tilt-up facility of 18,000 SF on nearly 5 acres will house their new corporate offices and equipment maintenance operations. This site is located in Tehaleh, a new 4,700 acre mixed-use planned community in Pierce County. As such this new master planned community is in the early stages of adopting new ordinances and language to support these new-to-Tehaleh commercial uses. This process is a partnership between Tehaleh and Pierce County and as such has had us wading through clarifications in this new code language. While this could be challenging, the county staff has worked seamlessly with INNOVA and Tehaleh to support this type of project.
