INNOVA has had a working relationship with Rush for decades, only recently has Rush been interested in their first industrial land development. Rush was looking to partner with a landowner in Belfair to bring to the market state of the art industrial product in a market that looks to be seeking a growing demand as growth expands into the area. This project site of 17 acres is looking to provide flex type tilt-up warehouses totaling 324,00 SF throughout 4 buildings. This is a new type of project to be seen in the area and as such we are sharing our past project experience with the local jurisdictions to educate them on the product. With this project being both on Mason and Kitsap County much coordination is needed with the ownership group and Apex Engineering, providing civil engineering, for the land use process and approvals. Land use approvals are expected to wrap up by the end of the year quickly followed by site development and the initial 2 building permits.
